Questions parents ask
What age is Bumpy Keys for?
Ages 4 to 9, in three modes. Little Racers (4 to 5) hear every key said out loud, get big targets and no speed. Road Racers (6 to 7) follow the standard path. Speed Racers (8 to 9) get eyes-up rounds and a faster pace-setter.
Is Bumpy Keys free?
The browser game includes Puppy Park, Dino Dash and all 100 lessons free. Switch between the two racers anytime. The optional $4.99 purchase adds all twenty worlds. The iPad and Mac apps also include the full learning path free; their Apple purchase is separate from the browser purchase and supports Family Sharing. No subscription. Teachers can request browser-game classroom codes.
Does my child need a keyboard?
Not on an iPad: big on-screen keys with the same cartoon hands teach where every letter lives. Pair any Bluetooth, case or USB keyboard and the app teaches real touch typing from the F and J bumps. On a Mac the keyboard is already there.
Does Bumpy Keys collect data or show ads?
There are no ads or player accounts. Progress is stored on your device. Optional online races, purchases, code claims and support use online services; the privacy policy explains what they process.
Is Bumpy Keys on Mac?
Yes. Bumpy Keys for Mac is the same app and the same purchase as the iPad version, with Family Sharing. It requires macOS 14 or later. See bumpykeys.com/mac.
How do I get Bumpy Keys today?
